TAPIOCA AND JAKFRUIT CAKE

Ingredients:
5 cups grated tapioca
4 cups pureed jakfruit
2 cups dessicated or grated coconut
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup wholemeal flour
1 beaten egg
½ cup sugar or honey
(Optional)
Coconut for topping
Spices for extra flavour

Method:
Mix all together and bake in shallow biscuit tray or in cake pan in moderate oven, 350° approx. [No baking time is given - Ed.]
