BRANDIED CARAMEL MANGOES

Ingredients:
2 oz butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 Tbl lemon juice
2 Tbl brandy

Method:
Melt butter and sugar in a pot and heat until the sugar crystals have disappeared.

Stir in lemon juice and brandy.

Pour over sliced fresh mangoes and serve with icecream.
