4-5 frozen mangoes
½ cup sugar
1 cup plain flour
2 Tbl butter
¼ cup coconut
¼ cup sugar

Cook the mangos and sugar until the sugar is dissolved and the fruit is soft.

Rub the butter into the flour until it looks like fine breadcrumbs. Add coconut and sugar, mix well.

Put the mango sauce into a casserole dish and cover with the crumble. Cook in a moderate oven until brown. Serve with custard.
