MANGO SAUCE I

Method:
Peel ripe mango, slice and puree in blender. Mix with natural yoghurt and sour cream.

Season to taste with lime or lemon juice, sugar and cayenne pepper.

This can be served with halved avocados on crushed ice, garnish with one or two crab legs and fresh dill.

An excellent starter for that dinner party.
