CASHEW APPLE TART

Ingredients:
1 can chilled condensed milk
chilled juice of 2 large yellow lemons
1 cup (approx 300 g) chilled, blended cashew apples
2 x 9" (225 mm) pastry cases

Method:
Beat chilled milk and lemon juice at high speed until thick. Add blended cashew apples and mix thoroughly. Pour into pastry cases and chill.
