CASSABANANA JELLY

Ingredients:
150 ml cassabanana juice
200 ml cold milk
2 Tbl gelatine
50 ml warm milk
sugar to taste

Method:
Cut open cassabanana fruit, scrape pulp and seeds from cavity of fruit. Strain juice.

Add 200 ml milk and sugar to taste. Dissolve gelatine in 50 ml warm milk add to rest of milk. Stir and refrigerate to set.
