TROPICAL FRUIT SCONES

Ingredients:
2 cups S.R.flour
150 ml cream
1 Tbl plain yoghurt
½ cup milk
¾ cup finely diced dried mango, pineapple, banana, pawpaw, mixed
1 egg
A few drops vanilla and good pinch salt.

Method:
Beat the egg and quickly mix all the other ingredients in. Press dough out 2 cm thick and cut.
