TROPICAL FRUIT LASSI

Ingredients:
2 cups natural yoghurt
2 cups water
1/3 cup honey
¼ cup fresh lemon juice
250g finely-chopped fresh, soft fruit (e.g. mango, pawpaw, rock melon, abiu, soursop, strawberries, etc.)
Fresh (edible) flower petals for garnishing (roses, daisies, marigolds, borage, hibiscus, nasturtiums)

Method:
Place yoghurt, water, honey, and lemon juice in a blender and blend until smooth.

Fold in prepared fruit, and serve in tall, well-chilled glasses. Garnish with fresh flower petals.
