TROPICAL DELIGHT PUNCH

Ingredients:
750 ml Orange Cordial
750 ml Pineapple Juice
Juice of 6 passion fruits
750 ml Cold Tea
2 ½ litres cold water
Juice of 3 lemons
3 x 900 ml bottles ginger ale
Crushed Ice
Small amounts of each, sliced and diced, fruits -
e.g. orange, apple, banana, pawpaw, strawberries, kiwi, pepino

Method:
Make base of first 6 ingredients and refrigerate. Just before serving, place ice cubes into punch bowl, add base, then add fruit and ginger ale. A hibiscus or frangipangi (end wrapped in alfoil) may be floated in centre, or for Christmas, some holly. Rum or white wine may be added if desired) Makes 50-60 glasses.
