MONSTERA CAKE

Ingredients:
½ cup butter
1 cup sugar
1½ cup pureed monstera pulp
2 eggs
2 Tbl milk
1½ cups S.R. flour
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda

Method:
Cream butter and sugar well

Add pulp and beat again

Add eggs one at a time

Lastly, fold in flour alternately with soda dissolved in milk

Bake in moderate oven approximately 45 minutes.
