COCONUT CREAM II

Ingredients:
2 coconuts
1 cup water
pinch of salt

Method:
Grate the coconuts.

Put a hot stone into the middle of the grated coconut and press all around until the coconut begins to burn.

Remove the stone, add the water, and squeeze out the coconut cream.

Strain the cream through a sieve. Add salt to taste.
