THAI MOIST COCONUT PIE

Ingredients:
4 eggs
½ cup plain flour
1 cup castor sugar
400 ml coconut milk
120 g butter
½ cup milk
1 cup coconut

Method:
Put all together in electric blender. Pour in 23cm pie dish and bake in moderate oven for one hour. Cool at room temperature before turning out.
