BABACO AND LEMON JAM

Ingredients:
1½ kg babaco pieces
1 cup water
Juice of 2 lemons
1½ kg sugar

Method:
Boil babaco pieces with the water and lemon juice until soft, about 15 minutes.

Add warmed sugar and bring to a rolling boil, and cook until set.

Pour jam into hot sterilized jars and seal.
