PAPAYAS AS A VEGETABLE

Method:
Green Papayas are considered an excellent vegetable when boiled in salted water and served with butter or white sauce. They resemble vegetable marrows both in taste and texture.

Use ripe Papayas in salad with a dressing of lemon juice.

Use freshly grated coconut as an ingredient when making Indian curry.
