GRENADILLA MOUSSE I

Method:
Cut up grenadilla, removing skin, seeds and the tough inner part and put in blender with sugar, lemon juice, orange juice, evaporated milk and gelatine dissolved in hot water. After blending, chill until set.

Any fruit will do for flavouring. If you still have frozen mango, this can be substituted for the orange juice.
