GRANADILLA SAVOURY

Ingredients:
1 green, firm granadilla
salt
butter or white sauce
water

Method:
Peel the granadilla, remove the seeds and the inner skin and cut the remainder into finger-length pieces.

Place the fruit in a pan and just cover it with water. Add salt to taste. Boil the fruit quickly until tender.

Drain and serve with butter or white sauce.
