PASSIONFRUIT RICE TART

Ingredients:
½ cup plain flour
1 cup cooked long grain white rice
¾ cup passionfruit pulp
1 cup castor sugar
1½ cups milk
4 eggs lightly beaten
90 g butter melted.

Method:
Grease a fluted 23cm pie dish.

Sift flour into large bowl, stir in remaining ingredients.

Pour mixture into prepared dish. Bake, uncovered, in moderate oven about 45 minutes or until lightly browned and set.

Serve hot or cold.
