FUJI FRUIT AND AVOCADO SALAD

Ingredients:
1 Fuji Fruit
salad dressing
1 peeled avocado
Lettuce

Method:
Cut the Fuji Fruit into halves and place on a bed of lettuce leaves on individual salad plates or bowls.

Surround each Fuji Fruit half with thin slices of peeled avocado.

Spoon a little dressing on top, especialy covering the avocado to prevent discolouration.

Serve with soft Camembert cheese or smoked oysters.
