PINEAPPLE PICKLE

Ingredients:
1 med half-ripe pineapple
¼ oz mustard seed
½ oz dry chillies
¼oz garlic
¼ oz green ginger
a pinch of ground saffron
¼ bottle vinegar
salt

Method:
Peel pineapple and cut into small cubes.

Grind the mustard, chillies, garlic and ginger with vinegar.

Mix these ingredients smoothly with the remainder of the vinegar, add the pineapple and mix well together, adding salt to taste.
