LONGLIFE CHILLI

Ingredients:
½ cup of vinegar
a handful of Birds eye chillies.

Method:
Blend vinegar and chillies. Be sure to blend them well.

Place in a jar and store in the fridge.

For an extra tasty curry, put in ¼ teaspoon of this mixture. Just remember, don't use too much because it's very hot!
