BATIDO DE GUANABANA (SOURSOP)

Ingredients:
1½ lbs soursop
3 cups cold milk
½ cup sugar
½ cup crushed ice

Method:
Cut the soursop crosswise into 1 inch slices, then peel and remove seeds and stringy centre. Puree in a blender or food processor with 1 cup of milk. Strain.

Return to blender, add remaining ingredients and process until sugar is dissolved and mixture is frothy.

Makes 6 servings.
