COCOYAM CASEROLE

Method:
Slice and fry 2 onions, adding teaspoon promite and any herbs you may like.

Add cooked red kidney beans, chopped tomatoes and/or tomato paste, chopped and boiled cocoyam (leaves), pinch salt and chilli sauce to taste.

Heat and stir approximately 15 - 20 minutes, and leave lid on while not stirring.

Serve. Flavour improves next day.
